How much is one class?
A first time class is FREE and a regular class is $22.
Do you offer membership packages?
We offer a wide variety of packages including: 10 Classes pass for $190, 1 Month Unlimited for $160 and 3 Month Unlimited for $339.
How can I tell the difficulty or the style of a class based on the instructor's name?
Quad teachers all to think their classes are challenging. But you can always take it at your own pace. We want you to push yourself. We offer three types of classes, beginner, standard and endurance. Beginner and 60 minute endurance classes are noted on the schedule. All of our standard classes are similar in style and difficulty. We encourage first timers to take advantage of our intro week trial for $35 and try out as many instructors as they can to find the one that suits them best.
What if I find the class too difficult?
As much as it is a group experience lead by an instructor, we encourage spinners to always go at their own pace and not feel the need to push themselves past their own fitness level. Each bike is equipped with your own resistance knob that can be adjusted to suit your own ability and custom setting.
Do you have locker rooms?
Yes! We have separate locker rooms for men and women. Our locker rooms come equipped with lockers, washrooms, showers and amenities for hair and face care. Bring your own lock or purchase at quad. Rental fees $10 a month, $100 for the year plus taxes.
Do you provide towels?
Yes! We provide one towel per spinner. We appreciate if you bring and launder.
Do you provide spin shoes? And are they required?
We rent spin shoes for $3 although they are not a requirement. All of our bikes come with both a cleat clip-in and a cage that regular running shoes can slide into and be tightened for safety. If you have your own spin shoes, our bikes are equipped with SPD compatible pedals.
Do you provide gel seats to help make the seat more comfortable?
Yes! We have a basket of clean gel seats available for every class. We also sell padded shorts at the front desk for added comfort. Every experienced spinner will tell you that the seat is uncomfortable at first but that “it gets easier on your tushy” they can be purchased $30 at quad .
Do you have parking?
Unfortunately, we do not offer parking. There is limited street parking during off peak hours. However there are nearby lots on both King St. and Portland Ave. numerous parking lots and street parking depending on time.
