new class times on mondays and fridays for cycle/pilates. that class is now at 10:30 am and the regular cycle class is at 9:30 am with micheline. and then the cycle/abs/arms class is now at 10:30 am on wednesdays and the regular cycle class is at 9:30 am with claudine.
