Policies regarding online registration
for classes:
- An email confirmation will be sent to you to verify
that you have been registered the class of your choice.
- Newcomers MUST fill out and fax in the release
form. Click

- Although you have pre-registered for a class, you MUST
show up 10 minutes before class to ensure your spot.
Reservations
We are going into the busy season and let us all understand a problem we
have every year. People reserve spots on the phone, in person at the desk
or via email. We have tried to make the spinning experience enjoyable and
allow and encourage you to plan your day or week. When someone books a spot
and then fails to show up, and the class seems to be full, we make other
people wait until 10 minutes before the class begins. It is crummy for those
waiting and for the receptionists who are juggling this situation. From now
on, if you reserve a spot on the phone, in person or via email and do not
attend, you will lose the privilege to prebook. We will also charge you
$18.00 for a single class on your next purchase or double punch your card
the next time you are in. So please do not book a class and not attend or
let us know you are unable to make a class you have booked. Failing that,
the entire prebooking policy will cease to exist for everyone and it will be
first come first serve.
