a little about us...
we opened 6 years ago at 580 king street west in toronto, ontario canada. we are committed to making indoor cycling available to all with multitudes of classes including introduction classes on the weekends at noon and the best bikes and teachers you can find. we took our love of this exercise to oakville 2 and a half years ago. you can use your pass at quad and/or quad west.

2 killer theme classes at 5:30 pm and 6:45 pm with heather on thursday, may 29, 2008.

all packages includes pilates and allow full privileges at quad and quad west.

new class times on mondays and fridays for cycle/pilates. that class is now at 10:30 am and the regular cycle class is at 9:30 am with micheline. and then the cycle/abs/arms class is now at 10:30 am on wednesdays and the regular cycle class is at 9:30 am with claudine.

quad is presenting this course on sunday, june 8, 2008 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. It is an Instructor enhancement/rider advancement workshop. this course will delve into the essence of class design, how to find and choose the music, comprehending the music, creating class profiles and then finally the class presentation. theory will be explored as well as proper cycling technique.
