a little about us...
we opened quad more than 8 years ago at 580 king street west. since then we opened up quad west at 447 speers road in oakville. then in 2009, we opened up quad east at 672 queen street east just west of broadview. we strive to make indoor cycling important with well maintained schwinn ic pro bikes and great teachers. we try to create, with your help, an environment that is friendly and warm, with great positive energy, so you can get the best indoor cycling workouts. |

| george chaker bootcamps in august 2010: |
george is doing two bootcamp sessions in august.
the first starts on tuesday, august 2, 2010 (after the long weekend)
and goes on august 3, 5, 9, 11, and 13.
the second session starts on monday, august 23 and continues on august 25, 27, 30, september 1, and september 3.

100 dollars plus hst.

if so, any time outside of regularly scheduled classes would work. our group rate is only 150 dollars plus applicable taxes.
