a little about us...

quad is a spinning studio located in the downtown Toronto core at 580 King Street West, east of Bathurst Street.

We are totally focused on the art of Spinning®. We do offer Pilates based courses as well but endeavor to teach proper technique and hire the most dynamic instructors who will demonstrate how interesting and challenging Spinning® can be an important part of your work-out schedule. Our bikes are well maintained and we try to have the proper amount of classes to always meet demand. We offer a no-nonsense approach in our booking procedure and payment structure and never charge a registration fee or ask to debit your account on a monthly basis. It is all about the ride.

The 2005 summer special: 4 months for $199.00 of unlimited spinning is still available. The special includes all classes offered at quad such as pilates. Any package that you may have will be put on hold, like a 3 month package will be extended by 4 months or a 10 class package could be used after your Summer Special has expired.
